    Job Description

    • Overseeing the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure proper maintenance of all finance and accounting systems functions.
    • Ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures.
    • Overseeing preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements.
    • Reviewing all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
    • Check for proper filing of tax returns.
    • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance regarding all accounting functions.
    • Developing tools and systems to provide critical accounting and operational information to the CEO and making actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
    • Developing and managing finance & accounting team.
    • Serving as a key point of contact and managing preparation and support of all external audits.
    • Stock control, inventory audit.
    • Act as credit controller and cooperate with sale & marketing department on collection.
    • Check AR/AP to ensure that its operation efficiencies
    • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
    • Preparing Monthly PL and BS.

    Job Requirements

    • At least degree in Finance or Accounting, ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, or a CPA.
    • At least five year’s experiences as Management Level in Accounting or Auditing.
    • Good command of English Language and sound knowledge computer skills
    • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
    • Knowledge of government financial regulations.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
    • Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
